How I work

I don't list properties or represent landlords. I work directly for occupiers — manufacturers, logistics and 3PL operators, and corporate real estate teams — on the decisions that happen before a lease or purchase is ever signed.

Think of it as an outsourced extension of your internal real estate or expansion team — brought in for the strategy and analysis most companies don't do often enough to justify a full-time hire, but too consequential to leave to a transaction broker.

Portfolio Rationalization

For companies whose footprint grew opportunistically and now needs a second look: which facilities to keep, consolidate, renew, or exit, and in what order.

Site Selection & Supply-Chain Fit

For companies choosing where to put the next facility, weighed against labor markets, freight lanes, utility capacity, and where the supply chain is actually headed.

Lease-vs-Buy Analysis

For companies deciding whether to renew, buy, or build — modeled against the real operating cost of each option, not just the headline rate.

Entitlement & Zoning Risk Review

For companies about to commit capital to a site, who need zoning, permitting, wetlands and surface-water constraints, and municipal risk understood before the LOI, not after.
